First Course

Mixed field greens with sliced poached pears, goat cheese, candied walnuts and roasted red peppers all Tossed with a champagne vinaigrette.

Second Course

Creamy risotto with Maine lobster, vine ripe tomatoes and chiffonode of basil.

Third Course

Colorado Rack of Lamb & Chicken Rolatini - Dijon & rosemary marinated rack of lamb grilled to perfection and topped with an aged balsamic reduction; Tender chicken breast rolled with artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, mascarpone and provolone cheeses topped with a mushroom demi glaze served with a parmesan potato cake and sautéed baby spinach leaves

Fourth Course

Italian Cream Puffs - Sweet and savory puffs with homemade whipped cream laced with espresso and chocolate.
